At Renaissance Place, we offer an environment for remote-workers, entrepreneurs, and start-ups to share a communal work space for collaboration, community, and support. And, when the time comes that you need to work in private, we have space for that too.

Located on a popular, easy accessible road front, and adjacent to all the amenities of the Palladium area, our Eastchester location in High Point offers convenience for you and your clients.
Sedgefield
5909 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro
Opening Early 2024
Located near Sedgefield, Adams Farm, and GTCC’s Jamestown campus, our Sedgefield location offers the perfect place near home or school to settle down for deep work. Our first custom-built location will offer larger offices and cowork space on multiple floors.
Coworking
Whether it’s from a cozy couch, a soft armchair with plugs for your laptop, or a desk tucked into a nook for privacy, Renaissance Place has an environment that suits how you want to work. Switch spots as inspiration strikes. And when you need a quiet space for that Zoom meeting, we’ve got you covered with video conferencing studios set up with lighting and sound absorbing materials so you won’t be disturbed.
Private Offices
If you want an oasis to call your own, Renaissance Place offers a limited number of offices that provide clients with the opportunity to set up their own space. Offices are available as single units or as 2-office suites and include locking doors and access to all the co-work amenities. Office clients also receive custom lobby and office suite signage and 24-Hour access.
Meeting
For private meetings from 2 to 20 people, we’ve got a space for you. Each of our meeting spaces has a whiteboard and tv and our video conferencing studios are equipped with lighting and sound absorption materials for effortless virtual meetings
Events
Renaissance Place hosts regular member-exclusive events ranging from lunches to networking socials, vendor showcases and holiday parties. In addition, food trucks will be regularly scheduled in our parking lot. A full list of events can be found here.
Programming
Renaissance Place hosts conferences and workshops focus on equipping emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for success. Members are also invited to join our exclusive Influencers group to network and learn about being a better leader at home, at work, and in the community.
